Position title : Production Manager (3 Vacancy)

Job Description:

  • Ensure that production and efficiency goals are achieved and controlled within the Final Assembly, Test, and Pack process.
  • Troubleshoot production concerns, resolve technical issues related to process, material, or equipment problems, and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and recommend new products/services to meet customer needs.
  • Supervise and mentor technical staff, manage schedules, and conduct training to enhance the team's capabilities and ensure effective use of resources.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
  • Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of SMT, functional test, and end-to-end production processes.
