Oversee the production process, coordinating all production activities and Motivating , supporting and providing guidance to production staff. Analyzes and Evaluating Machine resource to ensure continued production and minimal downtime. Setting productivity goals for each department team.

Qualifications/Requirements

(Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):
Bachelor degree in business or related field with Excellent people management skill and strong
analytical, creativity and project management skills and ability to lead a team
