We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Milkfish Deboners to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently and accurately deboning milkfish (bangus) while maintaining quality and hygiene standards. This position operates on a piece-rate basis, meaning workers are paid based on the number of fish successfully deboned.
Key Responsibilities:
Debone milkfish quickly, efficiently, and accurately to meet daily quotas.
Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and adhere to food safety standards.
Inspect fish for quality and report any issues (e.g., spoilage, damage).
Handle tools (knives, tweezers, etc.) safely and properly.
Sort and stack deboned fish according to size and quality standards.
Follow supervisor instructions and cooperate with the production team.
