Job Description

- Participates in the development of plans policies, guidelines and standards related to the delivery of nursing care.
- Supervises the performance of nurses and other nursing personnel in the delivery of patient care.
- Ensures compliance with Quality Assurance Program of the Nursing Service.
- Coordinates all activities of Nursing Service Department with other services.
- Provides technical assistance to other stakeholders regarding quality improvement.
- Identifies training needs of nursing staff.
- Consolidates and submits Quarterly Report.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education : Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Experience : Two (2) years relevant experience
Training : Eight (8) hours relevant training
Eligibility : RA 1080 (Nurse)
