Job Description

- Assists in the preparation of plans and monitors the implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
- Assists / facilitate the preparation of annual training plan designs and serve as a resource person in the conduction of seminars and trainings for nurses.
- Ensures the availability of supplies, medicines, medical equipment needed in the unit.
- Ensures cleanliness, safety of the unit and observe proper waste management.
- Prepares and submits Performance Evaluation of the unit staff and other hospital reports.
- Participates in the preparation / revision of policies and procedures including PPMP, Strategic Plans, PGS, deliverables, etc.
- Actively participates in meetings & recommend strategies for improvement.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education : Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Experience : One (1) year relevant experience
Training : Four (4) hours relevant training
Eligibility : RA 1080 (Nurse)
