Job Description

- Carries out doctor’s orders.
- Receives, endorses, and documents patient’s condition.
- Assesses patients, coordinates and refers to doctors for problems with patient.
- Prepares schedule and reports.
- Orients and evaluates performance of Nursing Staff.
- Delegates and gives patient care assignments.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education : Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Experience : One (1) year relevant experience
Training : Four (4) hours relevant training
Eligibility : RA 1080 (Nurse)
