- Documents all data concerning patient.
- Carries out doctor’s orders.
- Administers medications and treatment accurately.
- Reports observation/s to the physician.
- Admits and discharges patient and gives health teachings.
- Prepares patient and assists physician in diagnostic and therapeutic procedure.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.
