POSITION TITLE: TAIWANESE SPEAKING LIVE STUDIO IT & EQUIPMENT COORDINATOR


• Manage and maintain all IT systems and broadcasting equipment in the live studio to ensure smooth and uninterrupted streaming operations.

• Coordinate the setup, testing, and troubleshooting of cameras, lighting, audio, streaming software, and networking systems.

• Provide real-time technical support during live sessions, including emergency fixes and performance optimization.

• Collaborate with content, creator ops, and production teams to ensure technical readiness for all live events.

• Monitor equipment inventory and usage; manage procurement, repairs, and maintenance schedules.

• Establish and document standard procedures (SOPs) for studio equipment setup, dismantling, and storage.

• Ensure data backups, software updates, and system security protocols are followed consistently.


Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience in IT support or technical operations, preferably in a live broadcast or studio environment.
• Proficiency in managing live streaming setups (e.g., OBS, Streamlabs, vMix) and equipment (DSLRs, mixers, mics, lighting rigs).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software environments.
• Familiarity with local networks (LAN/WAN), routers, and studio internet configuration.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and under pressure during live event schedules.
• Proficiency in Taiwanese and English (written and spoken); foreign language skills and cross-cultural awareness are highly desirable.
