We are looking for Legal Counsel to join our Shared Services team to oversee the legal aspects of our organization.
As our Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and ensuring legal compliance in all jurisdictions we operate and effectively communicate these internally and externally.
- Provide legal advice, review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other internal policies;
- Ensure that all contracts, memorandums, and agreements comply with all statutory or legal requirements in the countries where we work;
- Ensure legal compliance create a list of all legal requirements for all the countries to ensure that all information is provided accordingly.
- Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations in the countries and advise management accordingly.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken;
- Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management, especially on contract management;
- Provide and interpret legal information, conduct training, and disseminate appropriate legal requirements to the team;
- Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
