Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Automation: Develop and implement automation workflows using tools like ClickUp and Microsoft Power Automate to streamline business processes.
2. Account Management: Create and manage user accounts, ensuring appropriate access rights and security measures.
3. User Support: Provide technical support to staff, resolving issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
4. System Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain office software and systems to ensure smooth operation.
5. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
6. Security: Monitor and enhance system security measures to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
