Compensation and Benefits Officer

  • 1. Communication • Expresses information both written and verbal in a clear and concise manner 2. Resourcefulness • Using numbers of resources like examples Surveys, Wage Hike, Government Benefits updates and programs to develop appropriate compensation/benefits programs and other services to employees 3. Organize • Completeness of filed documents • Tracks and monitors recording • Meticulous to details and particulars 4. Strong with numbers • Fast and accurate in terms of computation and analysis • Zero payroll dispute 5. Analytical • Anticipates and identifies errors • Responds quickly to offer simplified solutions • Can do and analyze data driven decisions 6. Strong Ethics • Demonstrates honest ethical behavior • Deals and handles confidential information with full responsibility 7. Work/Educational Experience 

Qualifications/Requirements

• Preferably a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resource related courses or Business courses with at least 2-3 year experience in Timekeeping, Compensation, Basic Taxation and Government Benefits.

• Knowledge in Philippine Labor Standards • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point Presentation
