Summary
Graphic Designer creates visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate consumers. He/she is tasked to develop the overall layout and production design for applications such as advertisements, brochures, product packaging, reports, etc.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Work closely with the Management, the Marketing/Advertising/Social Media team to collaborate on the company’s requirements for a specific project, from typesetting, design, print and production of various applications such as, advertisements, brochures, signages, logos, menus, product labels, product packaging, reports, website layout, web pages, etc.
2. Work with Management/Officers and advise them with regard to design style, format, print production and timetable
3. Develop concepts, graphics, images and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites
4. Prepare rough drafts of materials (design layouts, including selection of colors, images and typefaces using computer and image editing software); review final layouts and incorporate changes recommended by Management and Marketing/Social Media Team into final designs
5. Coordinate with commercial printers/vendors to ensure deadlines are met and materials are printed with high quality
6. Will also perform functions related to video production and editing; capture, edit and produce photos, videos, raw footage and other graphic visuals and assemble them into a finished product meant to communicate the Company’s brand on online platforms; collaborate with the Marketing/Social Media team in developing an overall video brand messaging strategy
