Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in health insurance processing, claims management, or medical billing.
Prior experience in hospitals, clinics, or insurance companies is highly desirable.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance systems, policies, and procedures.
Familiarity with insurance claim forms and billing software (e.g., eClaim, Medisoft, or similar).
Understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA if applicable).
Good communication and negotiation skills for dealing with insurance companies.
Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
