1. At least Senior High School Graduate; Hospitality, Tourism, or Food & Beverage NC II certification is an advantage.
2. Minimum of 1 year proven experience in banquet service, hotel dining, catering, or restaurant service.
3. Knowledge of formal table settings, buffet arrangements, and basic wine or beverage service is preferred.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
5. Presentable appearance with excellent grooming and hygiene practices.
6. Physically fit; able to stand for long hours, carry trays, and move quickly during large-scale events.
7. Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, high-volume function environments
8. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and last-minute event calls.
9. Team-oriented, dependable, and capable of following detailed service instructions.
10. Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation standards is required.
