Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing, portioning, and plating food items for catering events or daily service.
  • Ensure food is handled and stored according to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Help set up and break down catering stations, buffet lines, or serving areas.
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, equipment, and food service stations.
  • Package food and assemble orders for delivery or service.
  • Assist in loading and unloading catering equipment and supplies.
  • Follow instructions from kitchen supervisors, chefs, or team leads.
  • Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness in all food service areas.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in food service or catering is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to [30–50 lbs].
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Willing to assign at Mandaluyong
