About the Role
As our Chief Financial Officer/Consultant, you will be reporting to the CEO and the President and Founder. You will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for PCX NEW-CO in the areas such as, but not limited to, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
People Management:
- Actively engage in creating, growing, and building a world-class, industry-leading organization.
- Provide management to staff that aligns with the company’s objectives and overall strategic vision.
- Foster a growth-oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies procedures, and guidelines.
Financial Management:
- Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the CEO and the core leadership team members.
- Partner with the Accounting Manager to achieve favorable financial results concerning cash flow, systems, reporting, and controls.
- Work with the core leadership team to build budgets and plan for the resourcing of these.
Operations Management:
- Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance, and profitability.
- Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes.
- Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the company.
- Spearhead the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
- Work closely with the core leadership team to create, implement, and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems, and company policies all designed to foster growth, profitability, and efficiencies within the company.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Forge strategic partnerships and relationships with clients, vendors, banks, investors, and all other professional business relationships.
- Work with the CEO in the capital raise process, participate in the company’s business development engagement.
- Meet, interact and present information effectively to potential partners.
