Job Summary
You will be part of a team of professionals with diverse backgrounds in Business Operations, and Finance. You will provide support to clients in the various functions:
- We help clients transform the finance operations and functions of the business including various finance transactional processes (i.e., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Accounting, Financial Statement Closing, Underwriting, Claims, Investment etc.), financial and management reporting, cost management, and treasury.
- We provide operations support to the finance function of the clients’ business, such as delivery of finance-related changes brought by new business initiatives and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct research and analysis on financial and business issues and provide recommendations to clients.
- Support senior consultants in project management activities, including developing project plans, conducting interviews, and preparing client deliverables.
- Collect, organize, and analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that help solve business problems.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, reports, and other deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute project plans, manage client relationships, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Continuously develop industry knowledge and best practices to enhance the quality of work and client deliverables.
- The types of projects that we cover are:
- Finance processes analysis, assessment, design, and implementation
- Controlling excellence, including cost accounting/control and financial closing, and consolidation
- Business planning, including reporting and analysis, key performance indicators / dashboards
- Identification of opportunities for Finance technology enablement in automation of Finance processes
- Finance/Business transformations to drive best practice & cost efficiency
- PMO services to assist our clients in implementing significant finance projects
- Finance operations and support
Your key responsibilities
