ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

EXACT EMPLOYMENT POSITION: MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR

Job Description/Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible in leading pre-bid meetings and proposal preparations; supervised site activities and turnaround operations for multiple power plant units; supervised mechanical work including maintenance of heat exchangers, towers, furnaces and drums; supervised mechanical work across various process units in a power plant.

• Duties also involve managing and coordinating a team of mechanics, overseeing the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of related systems;

• Assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring work is completed according to specifications;

• Plan and organize work to ensure efficient completion of tasks, assign duties appropriately, and monitor progress; report on team performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide updates to senior management.

• Managing budgets, estimating project costs, and tracking expenses;

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity;

• Keeping projects in line with protocol;

• Reports directly to the corporate President
