DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for reporting and analysis.
  • Works directly with stakeholders to answer specific questions.
  • Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting.
  • Streamline the internal reporting process for operations.
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and written reports.
  • Collect and analyze data to develop insights and recommendations for business decisions.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to clients/operations
  • Able to work on different shift schedules (depending on operational needs)
  • Aids the Data Scientist in the maintenance of the Data Lake.

Qualifications/Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in the manipulation of data in various file formats, reporting from complex databases, and understanding of statistical principles necessary for data analysis.
  • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in reports and data analysis, preferably in a BPO setting.
  • Working experience with statistical and data management software and tools such as Power BI, Google Workspace, Sheets, Looker, and Appsheet is/are necessary; however, AWS, SQL, and Tableau are optional.
  • Working knowledge in Zendesk/Freshdesk is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in high-pressure situations
  • Working knowledge of presentation and other documentation tools
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills focusing on significance and depth.
  • Team player, willing to collaborate and seek assistance outside their vertical
