Job Description

  • Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responds promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicates with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledges, endorses complaints to areas concerned and updates status with the customers.
  • Processes promptly all servicing requests.
  • Monitors status of inquiries, complaints, and servicing requests.
  • Solicits, documents, and reports feedbacks of customers.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction regarding quality and timely service.
  • Performs other related duties from time to time and/or that may be assigned by immediate superior.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • College graduate
  • At least one (1) year related experience
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Customer service skill
  • Can work under pressure
  • Resourceful
  • Flexible

  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Computer literate
