Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

  • Ensure that inbound and outbound calls are handled with outmost professionalism, courtesy and accuracy by following the prescribed call flow, recommended spiels and standard processes
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Up sell products and services
  • Handle Credit Card related inquiries, requests and concerns received through various channels
  • Receive and handle non-voice inquiries, requests and complaints from customer through the branches, regarding but not limited to Credit Card accounts

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written)
  • Proficient in using MS Office application
  • With pleasing personality and good customer service
  • Willing to work in shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Background in bank or call center is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
