Job Description

Our Customer Service Representatives are vital members of our company. You will field customer inquiries and provide solutions that help create excellent customer experiences. Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6 months call center / customer service experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Must be residing within Negros Occidental
  • At least a high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
  • Basic web navigation skills
  • A Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status
  • Valid NBI (6 months to 1 year from date of joining)
  • Amenable to work at home
  • Willing to start immediately

Work At Home Requirements:

  • Highly stable internet connection with no packet loss
  • Minimum download speed: 20 MBPS
  • Minimum upload speed: 10 MBPS
  • Wired connection from modem/router to PC
  • Conducive workspace away from distractions
