Job Description

       The role is responsible for responding customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, social media, chats, and in person. Gives customers product information and support as required. handling client complaints while preserving a favorable reputation. Provide in-person and/or telephone support to the Client Relations team work together with other departments as needed. Other assignments may be given.

Qualifications/Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in any field
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill (s): Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Preferably with customer service experience
  • Computer literate, proficiency in Ms. Office applications (eg, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an advantage.
  • Willing to work Quiapo, Manila from Mondays to Saturdays
