  • Manages all engineering, maintenance, and facility operations of the hotel and resort.
  • Ensures the proper functioning of building systems, guest facilities, utilities, and equipment while maintaining safety, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Licensed Engineer is preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years experience in hotel engineering or facility management.
  • Strong knowledge of building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems.
  • Leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergency situations.
