Job Description


Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Go the extra mile to engage customers

Qualifications/Requirements

At least two years in College
Able to work fulltime
Ability to communicate with customers in English
Able to multi-task
Ability to actively listen and type at the same time
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Above average English comprehension
Pays attention to detail
Polite and friendly demeanor
Ability to work the graveyard shift
