Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist in updating FAQs, help center articles, and support documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and feedback loops.
- Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
We are a US-based professional company, and you will be requested to go through our recruitment process, undergo a background check, and sign an Agreement as well as an NDA if hired. The entire recruitment and selection process is done via Microsoft Teams and takes around an hour or so (depending on how fast you complete it). If hired, we will be using monitoring software to check your daily work efficiency and productivity.
