Job Description

Provide support for financial technology services, assist customers with account concerns, process transactions, and deliver accurate and secure information while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or College Graduate with diploma
  • With or without BPO experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of financial processes is an advantage
  • Willing to work on-site in Cebu IT Park and on shifting schedules
