  • Safely transport students, faculty, staff, and guests.
  • Follow assigned routes and schedules.
  • Follow traffic rules and university safety policies.
  • Check and maintain the bus before and after trips.
  • Keep the bus clean and in good condition.
  • Assist passengers when needed.
  • Report accidents, vehicle problems, or other concerns.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with restriction code 1,2, and 3.
  • Required professional driving certification or license endorsements as applicable.
  • Previous bus-driving or commercial driving experience is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of traffic rules, routes, and road safety practices.
  • Physically fit and capable of working extended hours when required.
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with passengers and unexpected situations.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, holidays, or overtime as required.
