The Building Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of building systems and infrastructure. This includes electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility upkeep to ensure a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for occupants.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes.
- Assist in setting up equipment, furniture, and fixtures for events or office changes.
- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
