  • Daily, weekly, monthly tasks, duties assigned, supervision, reports to accomplish
  • Control and manage food and variable costs within your budget ensuring all the tools are in place to deliver
  • Lead, supervise, and coach barista to maintain high level of quality beverage
  • Manage the compliance of reports for each department.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to promote our vision and values.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in leadership role with at least 1 yr.
  • Good verbal and written communications (English and Tagalog)
  • Good analytical skills, decision making and attention to details
  • Good leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills
  • Good organization, planning, delegation and prioritizing skills
  • Proficient in MS applications, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Preparing foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, and grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers.
  • Knowledgeable on brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality.
