POSITION TITLE: MALAYSIAN SPEAKING LIVE STUDIO CREATOR OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR


• Oversee day-to-day operations of the live streaming creator STREAMecosystem, ensuring smooth coordination between creators, content teams, and platform operations.

• Develop and execute operational strategies to recruit, activate, and retain high-performing streamers and creator partners.

• Supervise a team of creator operation specialists; set goals, monitor performance, and ensure KPIs are met.

• Optimize creator onboarding, training, and incentive programs to ensure scalable and sustainable growth.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to drive creator engagement, boost traffic, and grow GMV or platform metrics.

• Analyze creator performance data to identify trends, risks, and high-potential talent; provide actionable feedback and improvement plans.


Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience in creator operations, live streaming platforms, influencer marketing, or digital entertainment.
• Strong understanding of live streaming trends, creator ecosystems, and content monetization strategies.
• Experience in managing creator communities, talent pipelines, and live content projects.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and make informed decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with social platforms (TikTok, YouTube Live, Facebook Live, Twitch, etc.) and relevant backend tools.
• Fluency in Malay and English (written and spoken); proficiency in other regional languages is a plus
