MEDICAL AND ALLIED HEALTH VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

Rate: PHP 300–550 per hour, depending on experience and hours worked
Pay Review: After 6 months, based on performance
Outsourcing Crew is seeking Medical and Allied Health Virtual Assistants to support our clients in dental practices, physiotherapy clinics and other related fields. This role is ideal for experienced VAs who are organised, reliable, and comfortable supporting health-focused businesses.
THE ROLE
We are looking for Virtual Assistants with at least one year of experience in administrative or health-related support roles. Experience working with dental or physiotherapy clinics is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills, consistency, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
ABOUT YOU
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year Virtual Assistant experience
- Experience in medical, allied health, wellness, or related fields is an advantage
- Experience supporting dental or physiotherapy clinics is preferred but not required
Communication
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Confident interacting with clients and internal teams
Technical Skills
Experience in some or all of the following:
- General administrative tasks
- Clinic management systems such as Cliniko and Halaxy
- Medical or healthcare-related VA tools
- Social media marketing with intermediate content creation skills
- Basic video editing
- Website content updates
- Online courses and memberships

Language
Fluent in English
