Standard Requirements
● Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; or CPA is advantageous.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting roles, with demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and reconciliation.
● Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
● Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP Business one and Quickbooks.
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
● Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross functionally and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
● Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
