This position is responsible for processing all invoices and credit memo’s in Zuora Billing. Submitting completed invoices via email and in client portals. This position may assist with cash applications as needed for back-up.

The main responsibilities of a AR SPECIALIST include:
- Preparing, issuing, and processing invoices, ensuring accuracy
- Ensuring clients' billing accounts are set up correctly and billed per the signed quote in Zuora Billing
- Submit credit card invoices in Zuora and Stripe.
- Submit invoices via email and client portals
- Reconciling client accounts as needed
To apply for the role, you must have the following:
- At least 3 years experience as a Billing Analyst or similar role.
- Experience using Zuora Billing is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in data entry.
- Proven ability to handle high volume billing invoices.
- Ability to prioritize competing priorities.
- Must have the desire to work in a fast-paced, and high-volume environment.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Willing to work on US Pacific Time (graveyard)
