Manila International Container Terminal is HIRING! 

We are looking for qualified Accounting Manager who can join our team. 

1. Assists and supports on overseeing day-to-day accounting department functions with a focus on ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial statements and reporting. 

2. To ensure the companies' adherence to tax rules and regulations, compliance on government agencies reportorial requirements. 

3. Assists with budgets and forecasts and variance analyses. 

4. Assists in managing resource planning and allocates tasks and responsibilities across the department. 

5. Develops, coaches, and motivates staff, drives, and leads the team, to achieve key performance indicators towards company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Education: Must possess at least a college degree of Bachelor of Science in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent 

2. Experience: level Must have at least 5 years of supervisory level working experience on the field of Accounting and Taxation, preferably in a multi-national company. 

3. Job Specific: Must have a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license 

4. With proven knowledge in financial statement preparation and analysis, bookkeeping and accounting practices and standards, taxes and other government regulations. 

5. Experience on SAP accounting system and MS Office applications. 

6. Well-versed on the taxation requirements and compliances of multi-national companies 

7. Strong and solid experience on tax planning, management, and compliances 

8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization. 

9. Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision 

10. Can work on flexible hours to meet changing work environment and to meet tight deadlines
