In 2012, The group business Director of a diversified Group of Company based in Quezon city envision the organization of a private recruitment agency that engage the growing needs of skilled workers to all business operation under the umbrella of their group of companies. Thus on May 16, 2012, Aggregate Resources and management solution was organized as a Corporation, and the agency started as to providing or furnishing any and all forms or types of services and facilities relating recruitment and placement or employment, and to engage contracting of skilled and unskilled workers for local or domestic work; and to carry on and conduct a general agency business to act, and to appoint others to act as general agent, special agent, broker, factor, representative and commission merchant for individual firms and to their group of companies.

With the support and instigation of their principals in their group of companies, the idea of a private recruitment agency that will serve as a manpower source of skilled workers that provides excellent services that satisfies our client’s needs. Thus, on May 22, 2012, Aggregate Resources and Management Solution, Inc. (ARMS, Inc.) was registered as a private corporation in an authorized capital of Php 10,000,00.00. Soon thereafter ARMS, Inc. supply Manpower services of our valued clients.

On march 19, 2013 ARMS Inc. is engage to memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Will Decena & Associates Inc. Signing “KAPATIRAN PARA SA MAS LIGTAS, MALUSOG AT PRODUKTIBONG MANGGAGAWA(KAPATIRAN PROJECT)” a program conceptualized by the Department of Labor and Employment(DOLE) - Bureau of Working Conditions whereas they categorized the establishment as Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or MSME based on the size or total workforce. Where Will Decena & Associates Inc.(WDA Inc.) hereinafter referred to as “BIG BROTHER” and Aggregate Resources and Management Solutions, Inc.(ARMS, Inc.) referred to as “SMALL BROTHER”. Whereas, the memorandum of understanding seeks to establish a partnership among the said parties toward more productive, safe and healthy workers of small, micro, and medium enterprises in National Capital Region.

Currently, the agency has more than Three hundred (300) deployed project based workers under its employ and continues growing and focused on supplying skilled workers on Construction Industry. ARMS, Inc. Maintains a pool of skilled workers that are scanned and selected based on strict procedure and requirements of recruitment and selection.

Today ARMS, Inc. is being operated and managed by a team of professionals from the field of legal profession with a staff composed of Recruitment specialist, Bookkeeper, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Liaison Officer to accommodate total services to its Valued Client/s, employees, their assets and properties and their business operations.
