As an HR Generalist you will be responsible for the following, among other things:

  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
  • Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
  • Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
  • Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
  • Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
  • Preparing payroll advise to ensure the timely release of employees' salaries

  • Work Experience: 1 year/s
  • Salary: ₱14,000 - ₱16,000
  • Women

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in computer software such as: MS - Windows and MS Office Applications, particularly MS - Excel, Word and Powerpoint

  • Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees doing general HR function

Can work with minimal supervision and can work in a team
