  • Delivers Culture Training Modules
  • Co-facilitate with the Core Trainer for Program Training modules
  • Monitors and reviews the progress of trainees through questionnaires
  • Ensures that statutory training requirements are met
  • Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses
  • Monitors/listens to reps who are deployed to the ops team for skill reinforcement
  • Tracks and records all trainee's exam and activity results
  • Submits reports to concerned campaign key contacts and training supervisor
  • Researches relevant courses online for possible updates on training materials

  • Must have a bachelor's degree
  • Must have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written using the English language
  • At least 1-year experience of working as a Trainer in a BPO industry 
  • Great interpersonal and work skills
  • Self-starter and can develop sales training modules
  • Able to multi-task effectively and handle a wide scope of work with accuracy and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and self-management efficient
