The Customer Relations Services (CRS)
Supervisor is responsible for assisting the CRS Manager in the over-all
supervision of personnel assigned to his section. Leads CRS Representative in
conducting searches/inspection within the designated area before and after the
store hours and in any given time if warranted. Attends to customers’
problem/complaints related to security matters. Assist in ensuring compliance to
establishes security procedures and makes recommendations as to its review
and/or continued implementation.
Salary: ₱16,500 - ₱18,500
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional
License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel
Management, Protective Services & Management, Criminology or
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 1-4 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing
in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent.
