Communicates with customers to gather details and/or probe for necessary information (i.e. specific concerns, account details, name etc.) in order to correctly identify and assess customers’ needs.
Manages customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limit; follow up to ensure resolution.
Provides work-related assistance (which may mean other adhoc duties as assigned) to other Customer Service Representatives as necessary.
Drafts and composes e-mails/ responses that are clear and concise and ensures that they contain the complete information needed by the client.
