  • Communicates with customers to gather details and/or probe for necessary information (i.e. specific concerns, account details, name etc.) in order to correctly identify and assess customers’ needs.

  • Manages customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limit; follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Provides work-related assistance (which may mean other adhoc duties as assigned) to other Customer Service Representatives as necessary.

  • Drafts and composes e-mails/ responses that are clear and concise and ensures that they contain the complete information needed by the client.

  • Salary: ₱18,000 - ₱18,000

  • Good English oral communication skills
  • Call center experience is an advantage
  • Flexible and with good problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work on permanent night shift

  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications - MS Word and Excel

  • Can work well independently and with a team
