This job reports to the PLD/OD Manager under the supervision of PLD Supervisor. It is responsible in providing assistance and support to PLD team in consistent implementation of standard training practices; executes training plans and programs for the employees; solicits feedback from corporate departments for continuous improvement of PLD programs and activities; and provides preventive and corrective actions for any non-conformance upon implementation of the training program/activities.
