This job directly reports to the People Care Operations Manager and is responsible in supervising the Store Admin Supervisors in delivering general HR functions in branch level such as Recruitment and Selection, Training, People Discipline, Performance Evaluation, Salary and Benefits Administration and implementation of people engagement activities.

Salary: ₱18,000 - ₱25,000

Has good written and verbal communication skills
Has basic knowledge in general HR and admin functions
With good leadership skill
Can operate office machines and equipment such as desktop/laptop computer, printer, scanner, LED projector
Basic knowledge in MS applications
Knowledge on all facets of HUman Resource such as Recruitment, Payroll and Benefits Administration, Training and Development, Employee/Labor Relations
Knowledge on Philippine Labor Laws and Jurisdiction, Occupational Safety and Health Standard
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Political Science, Law, or any related course
Certified BOSH and First Aider
With atleast five(5) years of working experience in general HR functions with demonstrated knowledge and skills in Employee Relations (e.g Employee Discipline, Employee Welfare and Communication, Labor Relations and company activities.
With atleast two(2) years experience in HR demonstrated knowledge and skill in recruitment, training and compensation and benefits
