The Project Manager is responsible for the overall aspects of project delivery and completion of projects within the Project Management Office. This role involves decomposing high-level deliverables into manageable work packages, defining and organizing the tasks into milestones, creating realistic baseline schedules, assigning the right resources and responsibilities, driving productivity, effectively engaging with business partners, motivating the project team, diligently tracking and monitoring progress and controlling variances from baselines in terms of cost, time, quality, and scope, thoroughly identifies and mitigates risks, effectively track project issues, dependencies, assumptions and is responsible in reporting actual progress to stakeholders, and measuring project delivery success.

Salary: ₱30,000 - ₱50,000
PMP (a plus); ISO 9001-2008-2015 (a plus); Lean/Six Sigma (a plus)
Minimum of three (3) years of solid project management experience not limited to IT projects gained from varied industries.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
Must have the ability to maintain composure and professionalism in pressing situations.
Able to challenge known and accepted facts and has the ability to influence others in exploring creative and innovative ideas to resolve a set of constraints.
Must be disciplined and can effectively manage time especially in meeting targets.
Must be dependable and trustworthy.
Individual must possess strong PC skills and be comfortable with learning new technologies.
Must have the ability to work quickly and accurately within time constraints and against deadlines.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, be a self-starter, detail oriented, and have the ability to multitask and communicate effectively in cross-functional and diverse environment.
Experience developing financial plans/budgets, business cases, supporting documentation for the planning process, and custom reporting metrics.
Must possess understanding of technical environments and how systems and software interact.
Experience leading and directing the work of others is a must.
Above-average conflict resolution skills, presentation skills, problem-solving skills and adeptness in technical writing a must.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering
