Customer Service Representative for International Travel Network account:

Backed up with our long successful experience in call centers and travel industry, we are setting up an office in Cebu, Philippines.

Main Responsibility:
  •  Assist American customers with their travel needs and queries.

  • Salary: ₱15,000 - ₱20,000

Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service, preferably in the travel industry
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • High level of discipline, self-motivation, and responsibility
  • Advanced level of PC knowledge
  • Excellent analytical skills and willingness to learn
  • Stress-resilience
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Receptive to feedback and a good team player.
  • Willing to work in any shift and weekday.
