Daily Tasks:
1. Documents for delivery (drop-off) – Record  all outgoing documents in the logbook
2. All documents for pick-up should have a receiving copy (Acknowledgement Receipt Form)
3. Write daily route/schedule in the mini board
4. Regularly request and liquidate weekly allowance
5. Clean (vacuum) the office first hour in the morning and collect trash in the office at the end of the day
6. Assist the Admin Assistant in scanning and binding the company's documents
7. Errands at Bank, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig, BIR, Brgy, City Hall, PCNC and SEC for Finance and Admin
8 Assist the company's employees during events
9. Regularly check stock of drinking water for the office
10. Purchase Dry Ice and experiment materials of the Science Experiement Demontsrators

Weekend Tasks:
1 General cleaning of the office
2. Occasional scheduled weekend errands
