• Serves as a product expert to the sales team and technical lead on major sales opportunities.
• Works closely with Strategic & Enterprise Sales Team to align the technical requirements and the solution design with customers’ business drivers and need.
• Performs custom product demonstrations outlining both the functional and technical values of the product, and does reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information.
• Supports customer integration/testing for GlobalSign Application Programming Interfaces (API), ePKI, AEG, CloudHSM, HPVKI, and others.
• Complies with local legal requirements, in coordination with Sales Team, by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; advising customer on product, service, or equipment adherence to requirements; advising customer on needed actions.

? ? Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related degrees.
? ? Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
? ? Strong knowledge of customer service principles, techniques, systems, and standards.
? ? Must have strong management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
? ? Highly proactive, self-motivated and able to work without close supervision. Ability to learn and apply technical information and instructions.
? ? Willingness to perform other/miscellaneous SE related tasks/jobs as assigned/required by Head of Sales.
• Position is based in PH, however overseas travel is required and so must be willing to do field work.

  •  Minimum of 2 years relevant experience as Sales Engineer or in project management, and familiar with regional IT climate.
  • Strong business and technical acumen is a must. Quickly understands and interprets customer problems and navigates mid to complex technical processes.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
