Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments. Preparing, disseminating correspondence, memos and forms. File and update contact ionformation of employees, customers, supplier's and external partners. Develop and maintain a filing system. Assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant. Multi-tasking and time management capability.. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. With integrity, and professionalism. Proficient in MS-Office. Graduate of ANY FOUR (4) YEAR COURSE.
